Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can also choose to pick up the order in our store. You can then pay by card or cash. Please note our opening hours ! We are a seasonal company with varying opening hours.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the store?

No, you can just drop by during opening hours. In the high season (summer period) it can sometimes be busy.

Do you charge admission for a visit to the shell exhibition?

No, you can view our maritime exhibition section, which houses a very old and special collection of shells, sea creatures, pearls and fossils, in part of the store. We would like to share the beauty and diversity of the sea with you.

What can you see?

In addition to our permanent exhibition, we offer an extensive selection of sea-related items. Whether you are looking for a unique piece of jewelry, a decorative piece for your home, a souvenir, or simply an enchanting experience, you will find a true shell paradise with us.


What kind of jewelry do you have?

In the store we have an extensive collection of jewelry, made from all kinds of materials from the sea. Such as Mother of Pearl, Abalone and various shells, we also have freshwater pearls. Much of this jewelry is designed and made by ourselves.

Are your pearls real pearls?

Yes, all our pearl jewelry in the webshop and in the store are made from real pearls. We often work with Freshwater pearls in combination with gemstones and spacer beads made of Silver or 14k Gold filled.

Can you customize a piece of jewelry?

Yes, that is certainly possible. All our jewelry in the webshop is handmade. We can adjust the length after consultation. It is also possible to make custom work for you.

Shipping and delivery time

What is the delivery time for my order?

Once payment is received, the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We aim to do this the same day. During the high season (summer period) it may take a little longer due to the crowds in the store.

How does Julie ship orders?

All orders are packaged with care and sent via PostNL with a track and trace code (you will receive a track and trace link to follow your package).

How can I pay?

Shop: You can collect your order from our store, you can then pay in cash or by card.

Webshop: If you pay for your order via the webshop, you can transfer a payment in advance or your Ideal or Credit Card payment will be processed via Shopify Payments.


Can I return something?

Yes, we don't make a fuss about returns. We want a satisfied customer 🙂
